Fossil watches has an excellent repair policy that allows you to send in a watch with a broken crystal to be restored for a charge of $27, which includes shipping and handling.
Go to www.fossil.com.
Select "Customer Care" link at the bottom of the page.
Select "warranty and repairs" from the menu on the left side of the page, under "Product Info."
Read the "warranty and repairs" information for watches so that you understand why the crystal is not covered under the warranty policy. In the section that begins, "Should service be required... (See References 1)," there is a link to download a repair form.
Download the repair form and print it. Fill out the repair form with the proper information.
In a small box or a sturdy envelope, enclose a copy of the receipt, the broken watch, $27 in the form of check or money order, and the repair form. Mail it to the address listed. The company asks that you allow four to six weeks for your watch to be returned.
