Considered a sport company, High Sierra offers adventure travel luggage such as duffel bags and backpacks, in addition to a number of day packs and active outdoor bags. However, like any bag during rough travel, High Sierra luggage may become damaged and require repairs or replacement.
Find your original High Sierra Luggage warranty. All High Sierra bags come with a warranty which allows bags to be repaired or replaced due to manufacturing or material defects. Bags will not be replaced or repaired if damaged due to recreational use which includes tears, accidents, fading, abuse, negligence, misuse or airline damage. Products with wheels have a 5-year warranty.
Fill out a Consumer Return Authorization Form online to obtain warranty service or request replacement parts. This form asks for your contact information, item number or a detailed description of the item, date of purchase and comments.
Complete the form accurately. Write the exact problem of your High Sierra luggage in order to receive the best help. Submit the form. You will get an email confirmation with a Return Authorization number. Write down this number or print the email.
Pack the bag into a carton either the original packaging if you still have it or any plain carton used for mailing. Seal the package with packing tape. Include the reason for return/repair inside as well as the Return Authorization number. Write the RA number on the outside of the carton. Mail it via UPS prepaid to the following address:

Contact the same Returns Department for replacement parts as well. You should receive a reply after filling out the online RA form. The Consumer Return Authorization Form is used for bag repair, returns or parts request. If you are not contacted by the company, call them at 1-800-323-9590 or email at firstname.lastname@example.org. Note that you may need to send the entire bag in regardless of the repair or replacement parts.
Wait for your replaced or repaired bag to arrive via UPS. Check that everything works and keep any paperwork that comes with the bag.
