Nike offers customers the ability to return defective or unwanted merchandise for exchange or full refund when purchased online. Shoes can be returned for any reason within the first 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, the shoes must be unwashed or unworn in order to be exchanged or returned for a full refund. The return payment is processed using the same method as the payment and exchanges can only be made for the same item in a different color or size.
Return by Mail
Complete the Return Authorization Form located on the back of the packing slip that came with your shoes. If you do not have the packing slip, you can write a note detailing the reason you are returning the shoes and which shoes you are returning. Include your name, address, email address and telephone number on the letter.
Pack the shoes, the Return Authorization Form or your return note and the original tags (if available) together in the original box if available. If you do not have the original shoe box, you can pack the items in any box or package desired.
Tape the box securely closed using packing or shipping tape. Be sure that the box is secured well enough that it will withstand mailing. You can also place the shoe box in a secondary box or package to protect it from the shipping process.
Return the shoes to Nike at Blue Ribbon Direct, 4775 Tuggle Rd., Door 54, Memphis, TN 38118. Include your return address and order number on the outside of your package. You will have to pay for the return and the cost will vary depending on the weight of the shoes and the shipping method used. Nike.com members have the ability to return packages for free through their online account.
