With many LG phones, such as the popular LG Shine, you are given the calling option of blocking certain numbers from contacting your phone. With a few changes of your phone's settings, you can avoid annoying telemarketers, angry ex-boyfriends or friends and family who call too often.
Turn your phone on and locate the Settings menu.
In "Settings," scroll to "Call" select "OK" to enter the menu.
Scroll down to "Call Reject" and select this option.
Select "Call Reject List" on the next menu.
Enter the ten-digit number of the person that you wish to block and confirm your selection. That number will now be blocked from you phone.
