Acqua was a subdivision of the Timex Co. Indiglo is Timex's patented feature in which the watch face illuminates when a certain button is pushed. The light is produced when an electrical current is introduced to a mixture of zinc sulfide and copper on the watch face. Acqua Indiglo watches are simple to use once you know the sequence of buttons to push.
Press the “Mode” button on the lower left-hand side of the watch twice to change the time.
Press the “Start/Stop” button on the upper right to select the hour, minute and second in setting the time. Also use this button to select the date. Press the “Spl/Reset" button on the lower right side of the watch face to change the number for each selection.
Press “Mode” again to set the time.
