Rolex is a high-end Swiss watch and is the largest luxury watch brand in the world. The first Rolex with a date display was introduced in 1945. It is easy to change the date on a Rolex, but if you do it incorrectly, you can damage the movement.
Change the Date on a Rolex
Unscrew the crown and pull it out to the first notch. The second notch is used to change the time on the watch.
Turn the crown clockwise until the date changes and reaches the correct date. If you turn the crown counter clockwise you can damage the movement.
Push the crown back to its original position and hold it down while you screw it back into the watch case.
