The Luminox Colormark Chronograph 3080 series is a series of water-resistant, rugged sports watches made by Swiss watchmaker Luminox according to the specifications demanded for U.S. Navy SEALs. This line of watches includes black, white, blue, orange or green dials and hands that are easily visible in complete darkness, as well as highly reliable quartz movements and full analog chronograph features. Setting the basic features of a Luminox 3080 series watch is familiar to anyone who has set a similar analog chronograph watch. You set the date with the crown winding key just as you do with most watches.
Pull the crown (winding knob) out to the first, or center, position, so that the watch continues to run.
Turn the crown clockwise until the correct date appears in the date window at the four o'clock position on the watch dial. Set the date to the following day if you are changing the date between 9 p.m. and midnight.
Push the crown back into the closed position.
