How to Remove Face Marks

Facial marks and scares are actually tissue that replaces other tissue, which was destroyed by trauma or injury. Any sort of injury (with the exception of bruising) that involves damaging of the skin will leave a scar on your body. Scarring is an inherent sign of the healing process. There are many different types of scars. Some may be the result of acne and some may be the result of an accident. Whichever it may be, the removal of facial marks and scars is a long process. Cases of severe facial marks and acne should consult with a dermatologist about which treatment is best for you.

Items you will need

  • Aloe vera
  • Cucumber juice
  • Lavender oil
  • Olive oil
  • Skin lightening cream
  • Daily exfoliating scrub
  • Cotton ball
Step 1

Rub aloe vera on your facial marks and scars. The properties found in aloe vera are believed to work great on damaged skin. In fact, it is considered one of the most effective agents to treat facial marks and scars.

Step 2

Apply cucumber juice using a cotton ball to your facial marks for 15 minutes. Wash the cucumber juice off with cold water. This helps to tighten your pores and decreases the appearance of acne marks.

Step 3

Exfoliate using a scrub on a daily basis. This will slowly remove layers of skin and cause skin to regenerate.

Step 4

Apply skin lightening cream as frequently as directed on the container. The cream helps remove red marks, fade shallow acne marks and remove discolorations.

Step 5

Rub two to three drops of lavender oil daily onto your facial marks using a cotton ball. Properties of lavender oil help promote cell regeneration.
