The movies would have you believe women always put on pantyhose and stockings in some dramatic manner, but most women don't turn this routine act into a production. The only real concern is to do it without getting any runs in the fabric. That simple method involves taking your time, getting the right grip on the hosiery, and rolling it up your legs in a steady manner.
Remove any jewelry on your hands, then place your thumbs inside one of the pantyhose legs.
Place your index, middle and ring fingers along the outside of the pantyhose.
Roll the pantyhose leg up to the toe of the hose, using the thumb, index, middle and ring fingers of both hands. Allow the pantyhose to bunch loosely in the palms of your hands.
Secure the pantyhose with the tips of your thumbs and stretch the hose outward to widen the opening.
Bend your knee and place a big toe inside the rolled pantyhose.
Glide the pantyhose over your foot and heel. Move it slowly up your leg, over your knee and up to your crotch. Unroll the hose as needed as you go. Repeat the same process for the other leg.
Pull the seat of the pantyhose over your buttocks, but don't pull it tight. Smooth out the fabric and check for any snags or twists.
