bulova watches were revolutionary as one of the first watches to use motion and sunlight to keep the mechanisms running. Because of the motion function, if your Bulova Motion Quartz watch is not working, try troubleshooting the motion and battery features.
Swing your arm back and forth for a few minutes. The Bulova Motion Quartz is activated by motion, so it might not be working because it has not been moved enough.
Wear your watch on a regular basis to preserve the time-keeping function and prevent the hands from stopping. The watch can actually keep time for two months without being worn, once it has been fully charged.
Change the watch battery. The time-keeping function will slow down and the hands may move erratically as the battery gets older.
