A MIO watch uses a digital display to show the time, date and year, and can be programmed to sound an alarm at a certain time. It has a metal sensor that you press two fingers against to take your heart rate, showing it as beats per minute, which can help you reach your cardiovascular exercise goals. You might need to reset your MIO watch, and you can do this by following a few simple steps.
Time
Press the “Set” button for two seconds, until the MIO watch beeps. The hour digits will blink.
Press the plus or minus buttons, located on the right side of the watch, to reach the correct hour. Press the “Set” button. Continue in this fashion to set minutes, seconds and AM/PM values.
Press the “Set” button to store the new settings.
Date
