WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Cucumbers (large size, one cucumber makes 2 vases)
Knife
Vegetable Peeler
Melon Baller
Flowers and Greenery

STEP 1: Using a vegetable peeler, remove strips of the rind, alternating to create stripes around the cucumber.

STEP 2: Use a knife to cut the cucumber in half in the center.

STEP 3: Use a knife to cut off the very tips of both ends in order for the cucumber vases to be able to stand up. The bottom should still be solid white so it will hold water.

STEP 4: Use a melon baller to scoop out the flesh of the cucumber in order to have room for water and flowers. If you don’t have a melon baller, you can use a small spoon as well.

STEP 5: Fill with water.

STEP 6: Arrange with your favorite flowers and greenery.
