Whipping cream is a delicious way to top off desserts and hot drinks. Flavoring the whipping cream to complement what you're topping can make your desserts or drink extra special. Coffee-flavored whipping cream, for instance, can create a mocha flavor when combined with hot chocolate or chocolate cake. However you use it, coffee-flavored whipping cream will appeal to the coffee lovers in your life.

Pour the chilled heavy whipping cream into a bowl.

With a hand mixer, whip the cream on high speed.

Gradually sprinkle in the powdered sugar as you whip the cream.

Gradually add the instant coffee as you whip the cream. The whipping cream should turn a rich tan color.

Whip the cream until soft to stiff peaks form, or to the consistency you prefer.

Cover and store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
