
Mangoes are rich in dietary fiber, vitamins, minerals and antioxidants. Such a super food is great as a snack or incorporated into meals. However, preparing a honey mango can be difficult. Use a sharp knife and proper cutting techniques to prepare a honey mango for your next recipe.
Slice the washed mango in thirds lengthways.
Score the flesh of the cheeks around the seeds, without cutting through the skin.
Scoop out the flesh.
Peel the skin away from the flesh and discard.
Cut the flesh according to your recipe.
