Love. It can be exhilarating, exciting, terrifying -- and confusing. Every new relationship reaches a stage where the "L" word becomes an issue. Perhaps you want to tell your girlfriend you love her, but you don't know if she feels the same way. Maybe you have been hurt by a previous girlfriend and don't want to get your hopes up. If paying attention to your gut feeling doesn't make the situation any clearer, look for the most common signs of love.
She Can't Get Enough of You
A woman in love will make you the center of her world. She'll be attentive, affectionate, concerned for your well-being and supportive of all your endeavors. She's willing to take the time to understand you, and that means all aspects of you -- good and bad. She'll be willing to drop everything to be by your side if you need her, and will call, text and email you more than any other. Her friends and family may know every little detail about your life. She talks about you incessantly.
She "Gets" You
True love between a couple means knowing what makes each other tick. If a woman loves you, she'll know just what to do to make you smile, to inspire you and to turn you on (mentally and physically). She may describe you as her best friend, and tell you how special you are and how good you make her feel. When you are around her you feel like the most amazing person in the world, for she has put you on a pedestal.
She's Planning Your Future
If a woman is planning Thanksgiving (and it is only July) or dropping hints about taking a vacation together, she's got long-term commitment in mind. If she wasn't in love with you, she wouldn't be focusing any further ahead than your next date. The fact that she is making it clear that she sees you in her future is a strong indication that she loves you.
She Says So
If a woman says those three little words, don't doubt her. She's unlikely to say "I love you" if she doesn't mean it. If her declaration is backed up by her gazing deeply into your eyes, shedding a few tears of joy or other loving gestures, you really don't need any more proof of her feelings for you.
