If you want bigger boobs but don't want surgery, silicone bra inserts may be your answer. These small "cutlets" feel like real breast tissue and give your boobs a natural lift. They come in a clear or beige color and are completely reusable, so they are worth the expense. Best of all, you can even use them in the water, though you may have to make some adjustments when you get out.
Step 1
Dry the underside of your breasts with a towel. You want them to be clean and dry when you add the inserts.
Step 2
Put your bra or swimsuit on.
Step 3
Pull the top of your bra out to create an opening.
Step 4
Place the bra insert underneath your breast. If you want to lift your breasts up, you should place the inserts underneath your breasts in the center. If you want to create more cleavage, the inserts should go slightly to the outside, to push your breasts to the center.
Step 5
Repeat for the other insert.
