Fried ramen noodles are delicious, inexpensive and easy to make. After boiling the noodles, drain them and stir fry them with meat and vegetables to make a quick and nutritious dinner.
Break the noodles into small pieces and place them in a bowl of hot water for two minutes. Drain the noodles with a colander and set them aside.
Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces. Stir fry the chicken in a large nonstick skillet with 1 teaspoon of canola oil. Remove the chicken when it is no longer pink. Keep it warm for the next step.
Dice the green peppers, onion, garlic, and tomato. Stir fry green peppers, onion and garlic in the frying pan using the remaining oil until they are crisp-tender. Add the chicken broth, chicken meat, soy sauce, seasoning blend, tomato and noodles. Toss the ingredients and keep stirring until everything is nicely browned.
