Use a natural, gentle treatment for foot fungus between the toes. Over-the-counter remedies may also provide relief, but you might have allergic reactions to some of their ingredients. A natural treatment should be given daily until the fungus has cleared up. You can also use natural fungus treatments two to three times a week to prevent the problem from reoccurring.
Fill a small mixing bowl or prep bowl about a quarter of the way with apple cider vinegar. You only need about 1/8 cup of the vinegar.
Dip eight cotton balls into the apple cider vinegar, then insert them gently between the toes. Leave them in place for about 20 minutes, then remove the cotton balls. Rinse the feet off, then dry them thoroughly with a towel or cloth.
Take out eight more cotton balls. Put a drop of the geranium oil and tea tree oil onto each cotton ball, then place them between the toes. Put on the thick pair of socks.
Leave the cotton balls in place for about an hour, then remove the socks and the cotton pads. You do not need to rinse the toes off after this.
