The intimate experience of massage has been practiced by young and old for many years. It is considered one of the more favorable types of foreplay that couples enjoy before sexual intercourse. Sensual massage gives a relaxing-yet-teasing effect to the receiver. The gentle touch of a woman's hand while massaging the back and chest is a fantastic way to show a man that you truly care about him.
Prepare the room. Make sure that there is no distraction such as a phone. If you share a home with other people, lock the door. Turn the lights off and light a few candles. Have romantic music playing in the background.
Lay your partner facedown on the bed. Be sure that he has removed his clothing. Cover this lower body with a clean sheet, if requested.
Move your fingers lightly over his body. Use the tips of your fingers and apply slight pressure. This will help him relax.
Pour a small amount (approximately 2 tablespoons) of massage oil into your palm. Rub your hands together to warm the oil.
Rub his body with both hands. Apply pressure by using your body weight instead of your arm strength. Provide long, deep strokes over the back and neck.
Ask him to turn over and lie on his back.
Continue to massage his body. Focus on his chest, arms and legs. Gently touch his genitals with your fingers as you move down to massage his legs.
Massage the inner leg. Alternate between long and short strokes.
Continue massaging his body for 15 minutes. Usually, the massage will progress into sexual intercourse.
