Anna is confused. Her colleague Stuart seems to be attracted to her. But, he has been sending mixed signals. She does not want to create an embarrassing situation for both of them by confronting him outright. While her instinct says he is attracted, she wants to be sure before taking the first step. Well, the good news is Anna can tell whether Stuart is interested by watching out for some signs.
The Eyes Say it All

If he is attracted to you, he will be doing a lot of looking. Ignore instances where a guy looks at you because of social protocols. For example, if the guy is a new inductee and is being introduced, then it is normal for him to look at you; similarly, it is normal for a guy to look at you briefly while speaking in a meeting. But, if he gazes at you unwarranted, then he is attracted to you. He looks deep into your eyes, exceeding social limits, and his gaze wanders to your hair, nose and mouth while talking to you. He watches you when he thinks you are unaware of his gaze and collects himself when you turn to him; the more confident ones focus their gaze on you until you give them attention.
Creates Opportunities for Interaction

An interested guy is an action taker. Rather than waiting, he finds opportunities to talk to you. Observe if he seeks you out during lunch, leisure breaks or a project celebration party and starts conversations. Watch out for sure signs of attraction such as being unusually nervous around you. If you are in a group, he looks at you every time, watching your reaction to a joke he shared or something he said. If you are seeing him in the cafeteria at the same time as you, don’t be surprised if the guy altered his break timings to suit yours just to talk with you.
Shows Interest in Personal Details

He wants to know more about you. Conservations slowly get personal. He wants to know your residence details and contact number. He questions you about your hobbies and things you don’t like. He digs deeper, asking if you are currently involved or if you love someone. But, beware. Sometimes guys prod their friends to get the details for them. So the guy asking the questions might not be the one who has fallen for you. Question him outright about why he is asking those questions.
Showers Worthy Appreciation

If the guy uses stale tactics such as “you are beautiful” lines and expects you to fall for him, ignore. But, if a guy exhibits all the previous signs and in addition appreciates your talents as well as your looks, then his attraction is definitely deeper. “The way you handled questions at the seminar showed your knowledge and maturity.” It simply shows that the guy is making efforts to know your character, which is admirable.
