RepHresh is a feminine hygiene ointment that helps to maintain a healthy pH balance in the vagina while also getting rid of unpleasant odor. A balanced pH is necessary to keep vaginal problems, like yeast infections and excessive itching, at bay. RepHresh must be used once every 3 days for best results. Cleanse the vaginal area with mild soap and warm water. Pat the area dry with a clean towel. Remove the RepHresh applicator from its packaging.
Stand with your feet shoulder width apart. Insert the applicator into your vagina as you would insert a tampon.
Once the applicator is inside, squeeze it at the thick end to release the clear gel into your vagina. Some gel may remain in the applicator, but don't try to reapply.
Remove the applicator and discard along with any excess gel. Put on a pair of clean underwear to maintain freshness.
