How to Make Mexican Cream Cheese Dip

Place 8 oz. of softened cream cheese in a large mixing bowl.

Add one half-cup of salsa to your mixing bowl. Stir in one tablespoon of lemon juice. Lime juice may be substituted.

Using an electric hand mixer, gently blend the cream cheese, salsa and lemon juice until they are well-mixed and creamy.

Place your Mexican cream cheese dip in an airtight plastic container and chill in the refrigerator for at least one hour.
