With your busy schedule, making memories like these with your kids might sometimes be difficult, but not impossible. Especially with something like homemade peanut butter that only has three ingredients.
Use this basic peanut butter recipe to make any nut butter.
Total Time: 10 minutes | Prep Time: 5 minutes | Serves: 12
- 2 cups shelled, unsalted peanuts
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- In a food processor, add the peanuts, oil and salt. Blend until smooth, about 2 to 3 minutes, scraping the sides as needed.
- Transfer to a container with a lid and keep in the refrigerator.
