Attention, vegans! You can now enjoy a White Russian or a Baileys Irish coffee whenever you feel like it. Baileys, the brand famous for its cream-based liqueurs, has just unveiled its newest product: a vegan, almond milk-based liqueur called Baileys Almande.

The vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free beverage is made from nutty almond milk and real vanilla, which sounds like something we’d want to put in our coffee every morning. The liqueur, which retails for $21, “offers the same quality and delicious flavor that people love about Baileys,” according to senior vice president of Scotch whisky and reserve brands at Diageo North America, Alex Tomlin.

A press release for the beverage suggests mixing Baileys Almande with Vita Coco coconut water to make “the perfect warm-weather treat” — but we have some other ideas for what to whip up with the vegan Baileys.

Why not try making a boozy coffee-almond granita? Combine Baileys Almande, Kahlua and coffee in a highball glass and stick it in the freezer. Fluff the mixture with a fork after an hour or so, then continue freezing until it reaches a desired frozen, slushy texture. Alternatively, you can make vegan Irish Car Bombs with Baileys Almande, Irish whiskey and Guinness.

One caveat: According to Shape, a 1.5-ounce serving of Baileys Almande has as many calories as a five-ounce glass of wine (and that’s in addition to calories from whatever you’re mixing it with). So while you shouldn’t drink the vegan liqueur every day, it makes sense to spike your coffee with it on occasion.
