How to Make a Banana and Blueberry Chia Breakfast Bowl

Want a breakfast you can quickly make and enjoy without even having to turn on the stove?

Try your hand at making our unbelievably easy chia breakfast bowl. It’s high in protein and fiber and contains heart-healthy blueberries and omega 3-rich chia seeds — two superfoods that will give your morning a healthy start.

This recipe includes 259 calories, 10 grams of protein, 16 grams of fat and 30 grams of total carbohydrates per serving.

You’ll need either a Mason jar or bowl. Add chia seeds and almond milk, then stir and cover. Let the chia seed mixture soak overnight.

In the morning, put the chia seeds into a medium-size bowl. Add a sliced banana and stir. Then top with some blueberries, raw honey — it’s high in antioxidants! — and a sprinkling of cinnamon.

And that’s it: Your quick and healthy breakfast is ready to be enjoyed!
