Many women pay a lot of money to receive special skin treatments at spas, which promise to reduce weight and trim inches. For example, a Saran wrap girdle is often wrapped around vitamin E oil to help shrink down the midsection. Instead of spending a fortune on this treatment at a spa, you can save money by creating the same treatment at home using materials that can be found at any grocery store.

Pour 2 tbsp. of vitamin E oil into your hands, then massage the oil deeply into the skin around your waist and abdomen. Vitamin E oil is highly nourishing and can decrease water retention in the skin to allow it to shrink down slightly.

Wrap Saran wrap tightly three to four times around your waist and abdomen, maintaining the width of the wrap. This will create a girdle around the vitamin E oil, sealing the moisture and nutrients against your skin.

Wrap a heating pad around the Saran wrap, and allow the heat to penetrate the plastic wrap for at least 20 minutes.

Remove the heating pad, then allow the Saran wrap to cool down completely.

Unwrap the plastic wrap girdle from your skin, then wipe off the remaining vitamin E oil using a washcloth.
