Omaha Steaks is a company out of Nebraska the sells meat products both wholesale and retail. Although known for steaks, Omaha carries other food items as well. The stuffed sole dish features a hand-wrapped design with a scallops and crabmeat stuffing. Cooking the sole can be done in the stove, or if you are in a hurry, the microwave.
Remove the packing around the sole and place it in an appropriate baking dish. If using the microwave, cook the fish in a microwave-safe container.
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit if baking the fish.
Pour 2 tbsp. of water or white wine into the dish.
Cover the sole with plastic wrap if cooking in the microwave. Lift one corner of the wrap off the dish to allow for venting. If baking, leave the fish uncovered.
Bake the sole for 30 to 40 minutes in the oven or cook it for 5 1/2 minutes in the microwave.
