Smear cream cheese into small piles around a serving platter. Use about a tablespoon of cream cheese for each smear. This will be the pus for your scabs.
Top the piles of cream cheese with beef jerky. This will be the flesh for your scabs.
Spread catsup or hot sauce on top of the beef jerky and smear a bit of it onto the cream cheese as well. This will be the blood for your scabs.
