Caffeine is a main ingredient in anti-cellulite creams. Coffee, which contains a high concentration of caffeine, can be used to create an inexpensive anti-cellulite treatment. Bestcellulitetreatments.com reports that some dermatologists have credited caffeine with improving blood flow, which removes built-up fluid in skin and decreases fat deposits. Though use of coffee to treat cellulite is not a proven science, the bean can help reduce the appearance of cellulite.

Place 1/2-cup of ground coffee in a bowl. Put it in the microwave and heat on high for one minute. Ensure it is not too hot because you will apply it to your skin.

Mix 2 tablespoons of olive oil with the grinds. Take the mixture to the bathroom and apply it to the cellulite.

Wrap the area with plastic wrap. Leave it for fifteen minutes.

Remove the coffee and plastic wrap and shower while rubbing the cellulite. Repeat this process three times per week or more, depending on how serious your cellulite is.
