Enjoy seasonal fruit during the summer with refreshing berry lemonade. Raspberry lemonade is easy to make and healthier than commercial drink mixes, especially if you limit the amount of sugar you add. Make fresh-squeezed lemonade for a party or barbecue, or just keep a pitcher in the refrigerator for your family to enjoy.

Wash and dry the lemons. Cut them in half.

Using a juicer, juice the lemons to get about 10 ounces of lemon juice.

Pour the lemon juice into a pitcher and add the sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved, then pour in the water and stir again.

Wash and drain the raspberries. Crush the berries using a mortar and pestle or puree them in a food processor.

Pour the crushed raspberries into the pitcher of lemonade and stir. Taste and add more lemon juice, water or sugar, depending on your preference.

Serve the raspberry lemonade over ice and enjoy.
