Cerveza Pacifico Clara, or Pacifico Beer, is a brand of Mexican beer first brewed in 1900. Aptly named due to the Pacific location of the Pacifico brewery, Pacifico beer is a Mexican favorite. Like many other beers, Pacifico can be high in calories. Those who are counting calories should consume Pacifico beer in moderation or forgo it altogether.

One 12-ounce bottle of Pacifico beer contains 140 calories. None of those calories are from fat, but they are from sugar, which can in be stored in the body as fat if not burned off.

Carbohydrates

A single 12-ounce bottle of Pacifico beer contains 14 grams of carbohydrates, coming almost solely from the sugar content in the beer, which is listed at 12 grams.

Other Facts

Pacifico beer contains no saturated or unsaturated fat, or sodium. It is not a good source of any essential vitamins and minerals. There is one gram of protein in the beer, which is almost negligible for an ideal daily value of 56 grams per day for the average man and 46 grams per day for the average woman.
