Dry, cracked heels are not only unattractive but are often painful. Thankfully, the body constantly reproduces skin cells so it is possible to correct the dry skin on your feet. A few different options are available to increase the chance of success and the amount of time it takes to return your feet back to the their former, beautiful selves.

Rub off the dead skin from your cracked heels with an emery board. This reduces the white, dry skin look and gives the fresh skin access to grow.

Combine a cup of honey with a gallon of warm water and soak your feet for 10 to 15 minutes.

Dry off the feet. Allowing the feet to stay wet may result in further cracking along the skin.

Apply moisturizing cream. Specialty foot moisturizing creams are designed specifically for cracked heels.

Repeat the foot bath and moisturizing cream steps every day until the dry, cracked skin disappears.
