Finding out about her interests can help open the door to flirting with an older woman.

If you are a high school student and have found that girls your age are no longer holding your interest, maybe you need someone more mature. If you are looking for a more experienced or mature woman, you are going to have to improve your flirting. The flirting you use with high school girls may not impress an older woman. If you adjust your style and let your personality show through though, your target may become your date before you know it.

Show Confidence

If you are in high school and trying to attract older women, exuding an air of confidence will help you. Act like you know what you are doing and talk to her like you feel you are a match for your flirting partner. If you don't believe in yourself, she will be able to tell that and might dismiss your advances as a foolish school boy.

Make Eye Contact

Flirting is about personal communication. You don't just communicate with your words, your non-verbal signals can be flirtatious as well. Show her that she has your complete attention by maintaining eye contact with her. Avoid letting your eyes wander to check out her physical attributes, as this might make her feel you are only interested in her assets and not her.

Dress The Part

Pay close attention to your choice of clothing. If you want to appear older in an attempt to flirt with a woman, avoid wearing clothing that is typical of high school students. Yes, this means your music band T-shirts might have to be put back in the drawer. Collared shirts and button down shirts will help you appear more mature. If the woman you are flirting with is actually a college student, you might want to wear something with a college logo, giving the two of you something to talk about, especially if you know she goes to that school.

Listen To Her

Communication is extremely important when you are in a relationship with an older woman. The high school dating games of just trying to get a kiss or a glimpse of some skin is not going to cut it with an older woman. She wants someone she can confide in and can be there to talk to when she needs to vent. If she asks you a question and finds out you've been ignoring her trying to plan your next move to get her to kiss you, she'll be likely to decline your advances. Instead, respond to her comments and ask questions, showing you are interested in the conversation.
