How to Make Pumpkin Orange Cranberry Bread

0:17 bread in your mixing bowl we'll start

0:19 with one large egg add to that 1/4 cup

0:23 of pumpkin puree 1/2 cup of orange juice

0:26 I like to use the kind with pulp but you

0:29 don't have to 1/2 cup plain or vanilla

0:32 flavored milk I use non-dairy milk here

0:35 1 teaspoon of orange extract and 1/2 cup

0:40 granulated cane sugar blend until it's

0:43 completely mixed together then add 1 and

0:47 2/3 cup of all-purpose flour I'm using

0:50 gluten-free all-purpose flour if you do

0:53 that make sure you use a flour that

0:54 already contains a binder like xanthan

0:56 gum add one tablespoon of baking powder

1:00 one teaspoon of baking soda and a pinch

1:03 of salt mix slowly to integrate the

1:07 flours with the wet ingredients then mix
