Ben Hardy has worked in the food service industry for the past 10 years. Ben's cooking experience spans from Fast Food, Fine Dining, working as a Camp Chef to being a Kitchen Manager. Catching the cooking bug at a young age, Ben started off by cooking for his family during the holidays. Ben was recently employed as a sous chef at the Dogwood Summer Academy and a Kitchen manager of the Bucaneer. Ben is also working on 3 cooking books that will be out at a later date.
