When most of us return home at the end of the long day the last thing we want to do is make dinner. With a simple crock-pot meal you can have a wonderful chicken dinner waiting when you arrive home.
Remove the skin from the chicken if you have not purchased a skinless chicken.
Remove any excess moisture from the outside of the chicken using a paper towel.
Place the chicken in the crock-pot with the breast side down.
Turn the crock-pot onto its lowest setting
Combine chicken stock, soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, fresh garlic, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
Pour mixture over the chicken evenly.
Cover the chicken and allow to cook for 8 hours on low
