Dockers is best known for its khaki pants. The pants, available for men and women in a variety of styles and colors, are machine washable. They can be washed in cold or warm water, but hot water can cause the pants to shrink and the color to fade.
Set your washing machine to a regular wash cycle on either cold to warm water for light-colored Dockers khakis or cold water for dark-colored khakis. Add laundry detergent that does not contain chlorine or bleach.
Add the Dockers to the washing machine. Begin the cleaning cycle.
Remove the Dockers from the washing machine when the washing cycle is completed. Shake the pants to remove wrinkles.
Place the pants in the dryer on a warm, permanent press cycle. Alternatively, you can air dry them. Do not place dark-colored khakis in the sun to dry, as the sun can fade or discolor the pants. If needed, the pants can be ironed on a medium-heat setting.
