DIY Geometric Nails

by Anna Liesemeyer ; Updated October 17, 2017

Doing your own nails can be challenging, especially if you’re not ambidextrous. This quick DIY is actually feasible even if you don’t have a steady hand!

Supplies:
Washi tape
Two nail polish colors (I used white polish and nude polish, but any two colors will work!)

Washi tape is easy to apply and re-apply and it doesn’t leave sticky residue. It is also secure enough that the polish doesn’t seep underneath the edges so you can create pretty, crisp lines.

Step 1: Paint your nails with your first color of choice (In my case, nude). Let dry thoroughly.

Step 2: Tear strips of washi tape in half and apply in diagonal lines to create a triangle shape.

Step 3: Paint your second color polish over the triangle area and let thoroughly dry.

Step 4: Remove the tape and you’re done!

Let us know how it goes and what color combos you choose!
