Gluten-Free Ginger Cookies Recipe

0:06 demonstrating a delicious gluten-free

0:08 and vegan ginger cookie recipe this is

0:11 perfect for the holidays it's a nice

0:13 little spicy cookie and it's very easy

0:16 to bake we're going to be using

0:18 wholesome Chows gluten-free flour mix

0:21 for this recipe although you can also

0:24 use any other gluten-free flour mix that

0:27 also contains baking powder or baking

0:29 soda and salt the ingredients you will

0:33 need are 3/4 of 1 cup sugar 1/3 cup

0:39 molasses 1/3 cup oil 3 tablespoons of

0:44 any kind of milk that you prefer such as

0:47 soy milk almond milk or cow milk 1/2

0:53 teaspoon vanilla 1 and 3/4 of a cup of a

0:58 gluten-free flour mix such as wholesome

1:01 Chows gluten-free flour mix 3 teaspoons

1:06 ground ginger and 1/2 TSP ground nutmeg

1:10 the first step to making our gluten-free

1:13 and vegan gingersnap cookies is to cream

1:16 together our sugar along with the rest

1:19 of our liquid ingredients so we'll add

1:22 sugar to our mixing bowl our molasses

1:28 which will probably need a spatula your

1:30 oil and your milk we'll add the vanilla

1:38 at the end using an electric mixer you

1:41 want to beat on medium to medium high

1:43 for about 1 to 2 minutes or until

1:46 everything is well incorporated

1:50 all right once we have thoroughly

1:52 combined

1:53 all of our previous ingredients we will

1:56 add our vanilla along with our ground

2:01 ginger our ground nutmeg and our

2:08 gluten-free flour mix and then we're

2:20 going to beat on medium high for about

2:23 another 1 to 2 minutes until everything

2:25 is well incorporated okay once we have

2:33 thoroughly combined our batter we're

2:36 going to plate scoop balls of the dough

2:38 onto our greased cookie sheet we're also

2:41 going to preheat our oven to 350 degrees

2:46 all right look how beautiful our dough

2:48 looks now we're going to scoop it into a

2:56 tablespoon size balls you can roll it

3:01 with your hand and place it on your

3:03 cookie sheet you want to place them on

3:06 your cookie sheet approximately 2 to 3

3:09 inches apart because they will flatten

3:13 as they bake and we're going to bake

3:17 these for about 12 minutes or until the

3:20 edges start to turn brown now that we've

3:24 finished baking our gluten-free vegan

3:27 gingersnap cookies it's time to put them

3:30 onto a plate for serving I hope you
