The Casio WR200M is a shock resistant wristwatch. In addition to keeping the time and the full date, the WR200M also lets you check the current time in 29 world time zones. The Casio module number for the watch is 5034. Because of its extra features, setting the time on the watch isn't as simple as pressing a single button or turning a dial. You'll have to enter the time-setting menu to set the watch's time.

Press and hold the button in the upper-right corner of the watch. After about three seconds, you'll hear the watch beep.

Press the button in the lower-right corner to select your city code. If your correct city code is already set, press the button in the upper-right corner to reselect it. If you're not sure which city code is yours, see the entire city code list, which includes international cities, on the last page of the document provided in the Resources section.

Press the button in the lower-right corner. Your Casio WR200 will beep and the second hand will move to "12."

Press the button in the lower-right corner to advance the time. If you need to roll back the time, press the button in the upper-right corner.

Press the button in the lower-left corner to finalize the time. This brings you to the year-setting menu.

Use the same buttons to advance or roll back the year that you used to set the time. Press the button in the lower-left corner to finalize the year.

Repeat the procedure to set the date. When you are finished, press the button in the lower-left corner to switch back to timekeeping mode.
