How Jergens® Natural Glow Express Body Moisturizer Works
Jergens Natural Glow Express Body Moisturizer contains mineral oil, petrolatum and glycerin. This moisturizer also contains Jergens Glow Perfecting Complex, which is a mixture of skin tone enhancers designed specifically for each type of skin tone. This complex contains the chemicals erythrulose and dihdroxyacetone (DHA). Together, these products help to produce an enhanced and deepened color of the body’s natural skin tone through a chemical reaction known as the Maillard Reaction. The moisturizer also contains antioxidants that allow your skin to produce a natural glow in a short amount of time.
How Jergens® Natural Glow Firming Daily Moisturizer Works
Jergens Natural Glow Firming Daily Moisturizer is designed to be used over the entire body. It contains the same ingredients used in the rest of the line and also uses Jergens color-enhancing complex containing erythrulose and DHA. In addition to this complex, special chemicals are added to help firm and tighten the skin. Collagen and elastin help this complex ehance the elasticity of skin, tightening while also providing the same Jergens glow found in the rest of their line of products. Collagen and elastin are proteins that determine a skin’s structure. Throughout the aging process, a person’s collagen and elastin levels diminish. The nutrient collagen improves the strength of the skin, while elastin improves elasticity.
How Jergens® Natural Glow Revitalizing Daily Moisturizer Works
Jergens Natural Glow Revitalizing Daily Moisturizer is formulated for use as a full-body moisturizer. It is the most basic form of Jergens Natural Glow line of products. The moisturizing ingredients used are the same: mineral oil, petrolatum and glycerin. Jergens signature natural glow complex of DHA and erythrulose also help deepen the natural color of the user’s skin tone. However, because this line of natural glow moisturizer does not contain as many antioxidants as the Express, it takes longer to begin showing results. It also does not include the firming nutrients collagen and elastin. It works through using the most basic form of color enhancers, without the added improvements of its sister products.
