Sweet. Salty. Crunchy. This recipe has all the right ingredients to be your new favorite snack. It's easy to make and can be stored for up to two weeks in a sealed container. What's not to love?
Preheat oven to 225 degrees F. Combine 2 c each, Rice Chex, Corn Chex and oat squares. Add 1 c mixed nuts. Set aside.
Combine butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and maple syrup and salt in a saucepan. Stirring frequently, bring the mixture to a rolling boil.
Allow to boil for 5 minutes. Add vanilla and stir.
Add baking soda and stir.
Pour praline mixture over cereal and nuts, and mix thoroughly.
Spread the coated cereal on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Cool and serve. Store in sealed containers up to two weeks.
