Hi, I'm Ma Leon and welcome to the apothecary here at New Earth where we create natural solutions for you. Today we're going to talk about how to help with tightening the skin on the face and the neck. As our elastin and our collagen decreases, you notice that you lose firmness in the skin and it usually is around the eyes, the jawline, the chin, and around the neck area. So today we're going to do some exercises and a couple of acupressure points that are going to help rejuvenate your skin and it's just going to make everything lift, but you have to do it every day or at least a few times a day anyway.
I would recommend 5 to 6 days a week to start and then after you get the results that you want within 30 days, then I would recommend at least two to three times a week. So here we go. So, we're going to start off with touching one of the acupressure points back here on the shoulder, which is the GB21. It's the acupressure point that also helps with circulation up the neck and to the face. It's on both sides of the neck. So, what you're looking for here is like a soft, tender spot that's close to the neckline.
And you press into this like so. And you're going to want to do this about 30 times. And you hold for one, two, three, and release. And you do this 30 times. Now, we're going to move up to top of the head. This is a soft baby soft spot you're looking for up here. It's called GV20. And what you're going to do is you're going to press for 3 seconds into that little soft spot. and release. And you also want to do this about 30 times. Next, we're going to take and we're going to work some energy into the face.
So, you're going to take your hands and you're going to cup them like this. But when you come up, you want to make sure your index finger touches your nose across the forehead sweeps and down across and the thumbs are touching the airs. You bring the face forward, fingers up, and you repeat at least 36 times. This bring blood flow to the face, helps with circulation, and we're also going to do our neck stretches. So, you'd want to do these for at least two to three minutes.
And I recommend preferably every morning. It also just helps to loosen the spine. It makes everything in here feels a lot looser. And what you do is you just go from side to side here, here, and then you go forward, front and back. And you do this for two to three minutes every morning. And I guarantee you will have very good results. Thank you so much for joining me today. I'm Mika Leon at the Apothecary. Have a great day.
