Place the leftover pulled pork into a medium saucepan. Set the heat to medium.
Add just enough water, broth, or barbecue sauce so that the pork is thoroughly coated without being drenched. Stir constantly as the pork heats. If you use water, also add a little bit of salt and pepper for extra flavor.
Bring the pork to a simmer and allow it to cook for about five minutes to ensure that the extra flavor from the juice or sauce is being absorbed into the meat.
Remove the pork from the heat and allow it to cool off for five minutes before serving.
