How to Make Peanut Butter Cups

Blend the 1/3 cup of peanut butter, the powdered sugar and vanilla. Allow the mixture to chill.

Roll the mixture into 24 balls, using ½ teaspoon of the mixture for each.

Place in 1 1/2-inch paper bonbon cups.

Melt confectioners' coating and the 1/2 cup of peanut butter in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring constantly.

Spoon the mixture into cups to fill. Allow the peanut butter cups to cool.
