Start by putting the oil in a pan on medium heat. Next, mix in the butter and melt. Then cook the onion, celery and garlic, until the onion is slightly brown.
Then, take the chicken strips and coat them in flour. Stir fry this in the pan quickly and remove.
Now add the cooked rice to the pan until heated slightly. Fire up the heat and add the egg to the rice mixture. Cook long enough for the egg to be slightly scrambled. Toss in enough soy sauce to give it color.
Return your chicken mixture to the pan and cook this all together. Serve with soy sauce.
