Salad dressing that tastes great, is healthy and easy to make is definitely possible. Grate one-third of a small onion -- you'll need approximately 1 tbsp. of finely grated onion.
Combine the grated onion, beef broth, vinegar and chili sauce in a glass jar. Screw on the lid and shake well until all ingredients are thoroughly mixed.
Serve immediately at room temperature or chill.
This dressing is best if served over crisp greens.
