This gentle exfoliating foot scrub helps to remove dead skin cells and moisturize the skin, making it the perfect treatment for dry heels. Use this treatment daily on your dry heels for the best results, or use as needed.

Items you will need

  • 1/2 cup of cornmeal
  • 2 tablespoons of avocado oil
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 pumice stone
Step 1

Pour the cornmeal into a small mixing bowl, then add the avocado oil slowly. Mix the ingredients together gently with a wooden spoon, spatula or fork while pouring in the oil.

Step 2

Put the honey into a microwaveable dish, then warm in the microwave on high for 10 seconds. Pour the cornmeal and avocado oil into the honey and quickly stir the ingredients together gently.

Step 3

Cover the mixture with plastic wrap and store in the fridge until use.

Step 4

Soak the feet in warm water for about five minutes, then massage the mixture onto the feet.

Step 5

Keep the mixture on for about 10 to 15 minutes, then use the pumice stone to scrub away the mixture; this helps to remove the dead skin cells.
