Sea bass is a healthy, white-flesh fish that is packed with healthy omega-3s fatty acids. According to the Gulf of Maine Research Institute, the sea bass is a popular and important game fish typically found in Atlantic coastal waters from Cape Cod to northern Florida.
Cut the fillets into eight equal-size portions.
Rub the sea bass with the olive oil, then generously coat with the dill, oregano, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
Place inside the grilling basket and cook over medium heat, turning once after five or seven minutes, then again after the same amount of time. Turn again after three or four minutes, then once more after another three or four minutes. Baste the fish with the juice from half a lime with each turn.
Serve over saffron rice.
