Lipstick in white clothing can be bleached out, but bleach will ruin colored fabrics. You can use a different approach to help remove the color and oils of lipstick from colored clothes. The effectiveness of the approach, however, depends upon how quickly you clean the lipstick after it gets on the clothing. Begin the cleaning process before the lipstick dries on to the clothes if at all possible.

Remove as much of the lipstick as possible with a paper towel or other disposable cloth. A baby wipe may also help remove some of the color.

Apply rubbing alcohol to the stain and allow to sit for five minutes. Rinse with cool water and repeat.

Rub the alcohol into the stain using a rag. Rinse the rag or change to a clean spot on the rag as necessary. Rinse with cool water.

Apply a little dish soap to the spot. Rub with a rag, rinse with cool water and repeat until the lipstick color is gone or no longer comes out. Obtain and use a stain remover from your local retail shop if you can still see the lipstick stain.
